An example

A shop publishes a refrigerator — photos, price and details. A customer asks in Swahili about delivery and warranty. AGALA answers from the rules the owner taught it. If a rule was never set, it should ask rather than guess.

Who decides what

You decide: products, prices, delivery, warranty and what may be promised.
AGALA does: multilingual answers, recommendations and explanations within those rules.

Your data, your facts

Nothing is public until you publish it. Your confirmed answers stay separate from a customer's own words, and a correction replaces the old answer.
